The Slabbinck 5374 Gothic Chasuble is an elegant European-made liturgical vestment featuring rich damask fabric, ornate brocade decoration, and fine gold braid.
Crafted in Duomo damask, a 100% man-made fabric, the 5374 combines a traditional ecclesiastical appearance with the durability and ease of care needed for regular parish use. The decorative brocade creates a refined, formal presentation while the narrow gold braid provides a subtle finishing detail.
The chasuble is cut in a traditional Gothic style and finished with a structured stiff roll collar, giving the vestment a dignified shape when worn.
Each chasuble includes a coordinating inside stole. A matching overlay stole, Art. 50-5374, is also available separately for priests who prefer the stole to be worn visibly over the chasuble.

Duomo Damask Fabric
The 5374 is made in Slabbinck’s Duomo damask, a 100% man-made fabric selected for its elegant woven appearance and practical performance.
The damask provides subtle texture and visual depth without overwhelming the brocade decoration, giving the chasuble a refined appearance suitable for Sunday Mass, solemnities, feast days, and other important liturgical celebrations.
Ornate Brocade & Gold Braid
The defining feature of the 5374 is its beautifully woven brocade decoration, finished with a narrow gold braid.
The combination creates a traditional European vestment with a rich appearance while remaining tasteful and balanced. It is an excellent choice for parishes seeking something more formal than a plain chasuble without moving into extremely elaborate embroidery.
Stiff Roll Collar
The Slabbinck 5374 is supplied with a stiff roll collar, approximately 3.54" high.
This structured collar helps the chasuble sit neatly over the alb and gives the vestment its distinctive formal appearance.
Included Inside Stole
A coordinating inside stole is included with the chasuble and is intended to be worn beneath the vestment.
For priests who prefer an exterior stole, Slabbinck also offers the matching 50-5374 Overlay Stole, featuring the same Duomo damask, brocade, and fine gold braid. The matching stole is approximately 57" long and 4¾" wide with a flat capuche neckline.
